About Seychelles
GeographyHistoryPeople & CultureClimateFlora & Fauna
The archipelago has a tropical climate, with an average air temperature between 24°C and 30°C and a water temperature between 26°C and 30°C. Most of the islands lie outside the cyclone belt, so high winds are very rare.
The seasons on the Seychelles are controlled by the Monsoons. From November to April blows the Northwest Monsoon. The weather is warm and humid, with March and April being the hottest months.
The most pleasant time of the year is during the Southeast Monsoon, which brings with it dry air and livelier seas.
